Everything is spotless! It has the convenience to spend a few spectacular days in VCP. The neighborhood is quiet, it is 10 minutes from downtown; it has a good view from the terrace. Everything very clean and tidy. If in doubt we will be back.

Everything was perfect, the house is what we expected, the host was excellent.

The place is in excellent condition, clean and has a perfect location for walking along the waterfront. The host always helped us with what we needed, very attentive to making sure the stay was 10 points.

The houses are like bodies, I recently read the chapter of a book where that idea was raised. The people who occasionally inhabit the house, we know how to make any place a home either for 3 years or for 5 days, but we also understand that it was the home of others. In this house you can feel that body, its history, its time, has a lot of memory, but at the same time, it gives you the opportunity to add a little of yours, it really hugs and shelters you. We missed that housing is not a right for everyone! Everything else is divine, Alejandra and her family are fantastic, we are touched by raining all week, however, we enjoyed it very much. A highly recommended place to have peace in the middle of the mountains. Close to beautiful places to go on foot if you like to walk. The access road is perfectly walkable for a normal car, even after heavy rains like the ones we had to, it's just to slow down and enjoy the scenery. The apartment is comfortable and functional. Well distributed, ideally for two people. It has everything you need to make an excellent stay. The kitchen equipped with utensils, bedding and towels of excellent quality. The building has amenities like azotea and pool that we enjoyed in our stay. The apartment is one block from the Costanera in an area of restaurants and bars, super quiet for walking. What I highlight is Diego's kindness and willingness to host. I forgot a celu charger and he kindly provided me. A pleasure to stay in Diego's apartment, I recommend it!

The apartment has everything you need to rest well and feel comfortable, and the shower is excellent. It's close to the pedestrian center, you can walk there as many times as you want, and there are supermarkets nearby. Pablo was always attentive to our arrival and let us rest a little longer to have a good trip back. Thanks for so many stickers, they're in the favorites. A trip with friends, river, music and rock. That was perfect.

Super recommended, Moni a divine super friendly, impeccable everything is dreamed of the place. It has everything nearby , supermarket, pedestrian , the terminal is a few blocks away, the lake, there was no need to get the car out. Thank you for everything Nico and Moni we will surely come back.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and quite well-located for exploring the area. The view from there was awe-inspiring and truly added to the experience. Christina is a fantastic host — very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Her communication was clear and timely, which made everything run smoothly and enjoyably. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

Pablo is very nice and responsive! Really good communication. The apartment is spacious, cosy and well equiped. The neighborhood is calm, with several shops (supermarkets, bakeres, butcher's shops, etc...). It take 15-20 minutes to walk until the center of the city. There is a cool park with a river near from the apartment (10 minutes by walking), perfect to have a walk. Everything was really good!
