the toys, games in tv, uno card did a great job keeping the children (and adults) occupied. each extra mattress has its own linen and blanket. a bit letdown was the microwave as it was not working, food not heating up.however, i believe the host will fix that. overall, we hd a great stay and will definitely check this place availability if we return here. thank you

Das Apartment war sehr groß. Viel größer als der Durchschnitt in Singapur. Es gab genug Möglichkeiten Sachen zu verstauen. Sogar eine eigene nagelneue Waschmaschine in der Küche. Es ist nur 2 Minuten fußläufig vom Bus und 5 Minuten von der Bahn entfernt. Kim von der Rezeption hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Sie hilft, wo sie kann und gibt Tipps und Ratschläge, was man in der Umgebung machen kann.

We love the location of the Airbnb, easy to check in and clear instructions was given. I hope the owner will change the bed as we can feel the spring, not super comfortable and aircon is not cold although we the temperature is 16 degree, felt like 26 degree. But overall, is a good stay.

We had a truly memorable stay as a family in this beautiful, Japanese-inspired apartment. The design reflects simplicity, elegance, and warmth, creating a peaceful retreat from the moment you walk in. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped with everything — microwave, rice cooker, water purifier — making it very convenient for home-style meals. Our kids loved the small room and the sofa cum bed, turning it into their little play-and-sleep space. The view from the balcony was serene, and the master bedroom’s large washroom with a big bathtub was an absolute luxury. A special thanks to Masa-san, the co-host, who lives nearby and was quick to respond to any queries. I had trouble with the iron gate lock (my own mistake), and he immediately came over with a warm smile to assist. Through him, we truly experienced the essence of Japanese hospitality — humble, kind, and present. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful, well-facilitated stay with cultural charm.

セルフチェックインではありません。ホストと常に連絡は取れて、丁寧に説明いただけたので、確かに問題はありませんでした。それで問題ない方にとっては、こちらのお部屋は素晴らしいです。清潔で、必要なものは全て揃っていました。しかし、私にとってはとても気を遣わないといけないホストで、苦労しました。部屋に着く時間が決まっておらず、また、朝は早く出発する都合で、セルフチェックインを選んだのです。しかし、着く時間を早々に決めてホストと待ち合わせをする必要がありました。また、朝は鍵を部屋の中に置いたまま出るよう言われてしまい、門を自由にくぐれない場所があって、駐車した車まで到着するのにとても大変な思いをしました。本当に親切なホストで素晴らしい方ですが、これはセルフチェックインではありません。お気をつけください。

房屋的位置在paradigm mall 上面，可以非常方便的穿梭于商场。房东小姐非常nice，第一天不会使用热水，也非常nice的通过视频教我们。这次来马来西亚是带孩子来参加舞蹈比赛，孩子们不小心把客厅花瓶打碎了。真是非常抱歉。

nice place to stay, with lots of convenient shops around the area. there was a slight smell from the kitchen sink sometimes, and the toilet pipe was leaking — needed to turn off the water supply to that pipe to stop the leak. but overall im happy with the place & definitely worth the price! ✅
