Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Hot tub to use for your stay. We are set on a lifestyle block, Our cottage is the perfect place to stay for biking fishing hiking and star gazing. We are close to town 5 min drive to shops restaurants and the town center or a nice 20 min walk. Mt Cook is only 50 min drive away with hiking tracks hooker valley and Tasman all just up the road . Lake Pukaki is only 15 min drive away. Tekapo is 40 mins drive. Cyclists we have space in the garage to lock your bikes away. .

The Brown House

The Brown House was tragically lost in 2020 in New Zealand’s worst fire disaster that devastated the village Award winning architect Lisa Webb who designed the first Brown House was enlisted to design the rebuild. The results are just as stunning This four-bedroom retreat accommodates up to ten guests. Each bedroom offers breathtaking views. The house includes two living areas a dedicated office space, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
