The Best House in Las Grutas - Heated Pool

Excellent house in Las Grutas, property located in a semi-enclosed neighborhood, excellent environment and privacy, private heated pool. A few blocks from the beach in a super quiet neighborhood. The house is for 8 people. It is divided into two modules. The main body of the house has two bedrooms (one en suite) and two bathrooms, it has two separate bedrooms and one more bathroom, this makes it ideal for 2 family groups as it provides maximum independence. Air conditioning, cold and heat, in all rooms.

I brought the whole family to this fantastic accommodation with lots of space, very comfortable and easy to access without climbing stairs, you can enjoy the sea from the balcony. Unparalleled view of the sea. Enjoy the comfort and availability of its waterfront outbuildings. Includes covered carport and smart lock for your security. It has an uncovered swimming pool. Our beautiful place allows you to see the whales from the balcony when they visit our gulf in winter.

Located just 200 meters from the best beaches in Las Grutas in an incredible place overlooking the ocean. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises on your deck, and nights by your fireplace. A unique place, surrounded by nature and lots of animal life: foxes, turtles, hares, cuises and hundreds of birds. Outdoor shower, grill, table, chairs and armchairs so you can rest and enjoy wonderful moments. Alarm, wifi, security camera and eaves to protect the car from the sun.
