We had already had the opportunity to visit Villa Los Cabos before, however, not in New Year's Eve seasons. It was a pleasant experience for us as a family. The person who supported us with the cleaning on the 10-A, extremely attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything was just as offered. Recommended. Only the jacuzzi was not in operation with hot water.

The house is just as seen in the photos. Enough space for about 14 people without being cramped. Everything is very clean and with the necessary basic supplies (paper, towels, soap). The service of the cleaning and kitchen lady was excellent, very attentive and she never refused to help. The environment is beautiful and safe and it's super cool that you have to get to the beach by boat, it adds to the experience. The only thing is that in one of the bedrooms the AC didn't work, it worked to ventilate but never cooled the bedroom like the others. It would be ideal to include AC in the living room and kitchen area since the fans do not help enough for the heat. The host responds quickly.

The place is perfect. It has plenty of space, everything extremely clean, flexible check in and check out due to the dates we were there and Lionel was in communication with me the whole time. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that bothered us (and that is not the fault of the host) is that there is music throughout the pool area and tables of the complex from 9 am to 6 pm or later if it is a weekend. This music is heard from all pergolas of the apartments so if you want peace and quiet, maybe it would be good to consider it. Lionel commented to me that he will suggest restricting music schedules or at least volume.

We had a great stay at Lisseth’s house during Semana Santa. The home was as described: clean and comfortable with my family and friends. The condominium is safe; our kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Communication with Lisseth was easy and prompt. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent our stay with all the services and hospitality at our fingertips, much better than the photos, a very rewarding experience for our family.

We stayed in this house to celebrate my mother's birthday and her words were I FELT LIKE I WAS AT HOME, we had a great time and we left very happy, if we go back to the wall we will book again in the same place. All the rooms were very clean and tidy, the kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. Another important thing to highlight is that the power went out in the village over the weekend and we were one of the few houses that had power because the house had its own generator, a 100 house. A house of 10.

Place was exactly how the pictures looked. clean, beautiful and Maria was very very accommodating! would highly recommend as it was a comfy and fun stay!

Another beautiful stay on the beach. The house is beautiful, but the best part is the outside area. The hammock, beachside bed, and all the outdoor seating are fantastic. Magali is a wonderful cook and was very kind. The location is excellent. There is a public path next to the house, but the pool and seats are higher and do not bother you. I have seen the notes about the smell in the upstairs bathroom - there is a smell, but leave the window open and remember you are on the beach. It's amazing.

Great place to go on family or friends trip

The condo was wonderful! The private patio was used the most. It had amazing views of the lagoon pool and sunset.

This place was a nice place to relax, AC was a huge plus. Very clean. The patio was very nice to sit and eat. Only downside was no drinks near the pool.
