Holiday rentals with a patio in Puerto Nuevo

Jennifer‘s place in Vega Baja was wonderful. You’re about three minutes walk from the beach restaurants. The Airbnb is cozy. The outdoor shower is super helpful for keeping sand from getting inside the unit.

Enjoyed our stay. Just as described. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions. We felt at ease and comfortable. Being near the Manantial Ojo de Agua, restaurants, the beach as well as local stores, was also a great plus. Recommended.

Wonderful little spot, extremely clean air worked like a dream kitchen was well stocked with necessities and we were extremely happy with our stay! Host provided lots of information regarding the highlights nearby which was so helpful. We were looking for a stay last minute and were so grateful to the host for accommodating us! Would book again!

Nice place, easily accessible and very close to the beach which is a plus. There was some sand in the rooms and a some on the bed, but overall a cozy stay.

It was a great stay it had a lot around the beaches 4mins away. There is a lot of opinions of food. Overall it was cozy quiet and clean.

La cocina me encantó tiene de todo lo que se necesita para cocinar. Lugar tranquilo. De verdad que superó nuestras expectativas. La anfitriona estuvo siempre en contacto y cualquier duda rápido contestaba y se ponía a la mejor disposición . Realmente lo recomiendo 100%. Ya lo tengo en mi lista de favoritos para mi próximas vacaciones ya sé dónde hospedarme. Muy agradecida.

The apartment is beautiful very well decorated the beds are very comfortable. Besides the fact that there’s only AC in each bedrooms all the way in the back of the apartment. It is very hard to cool off living room, kitchen, dining room area or even upstairs but other than that, really no complaints. Sheyla was very helpful with getting us through the gate and also with the power outage of the island.

great stay play was great everything was good the location was perfect close to beachs and stores host was helpful did not have any issues or problems definitely would stay again. Highly recommended

The home was beautiful with a cool, unique theme. I went with mh sister and our kids and we felt comfortable, safe, and right at home. The neighborhood was very quiet, especially at night, and the neighbors were friendly. Finding the house was tricky at first—Google sent us 40 minutes away—but my parents, who live on the island, helped so I didn't need to reach out Jorge. I did chat with him after booking with some questions and he was responsive and friendly. The backyard was huge with a clean pool, grill, bonfire, and lots of seating in sun and shade. There were also pool floats, toys, and board games. A car is needed to easily get to beaches and restaurants. There wasn't much within walking distance. Although we had everything we needed, I wish there were more toiletries provided, as we only received one roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place!

The host was responsive and helpful. The house was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable. The house is in a convenient location close to the beach, supermarket, and nice restaurants. I'll recommend staying here.

Great home, extremely close to lots of options for great local food. Everything was within a 5 minute drive. The drive in and b the coast is absolutely beautiful. Melissa is extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. Enjoyed our stay

This our second time coming back here. My family loves it here. Place looks exactly the same and still super clean. I love Vega baja and this house is super close to anything you need to get to. Close to highways and down the street from playa Puerto Nuevo. Will be back again next year !

The area is safe and welcoming. The rooftop patio was great to hang out and enjoy the stars at night. The apartment was clean with all amenities for a day at the beach. The Porfirio was very responsive to all of our questions. The area beach was great. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation, great area restaurants, and very friendly people.

Stayed for 8 days, May 25, 2025-June 3, 2025. Fam of 5 plus a dog. As far as the host, him and his wife were so helpful and responsive, even stopped by to say hello and brought us pastries and delicious local bread. The view was beautiful and the place was vey peaceful and calm. This is a place to have a quiet vacation. A car is a must, everything is driving distance, supermarket, Walmart, restaurants and gas station. San Jan was 25-45 min away depending on traffic or rain. As far as the condo, we had plenty of towels for 8 days for 5 adults, beach chairs, cooler, all was just as described. In all we loved the place, super responsive host and condo was accurately described. Thank you Andres and wife, we had a great time!

I loved everything about this place! Great location you have everything that you need walking distance and is beautiful. The place is clean and very spacious for two people. Kiara shared some great recommendations and was very responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Yoly was just amazing! Very welcoming and responsive. Her and husband are around if you have questions about what to do or where to go. The location is absolutely breath taking and 100% worth the stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, can’t get any better then that! Can’t wait to come back!

So this was our first time in San Juan Puerto Rico. Great place to stay, great area surrounded by bars , restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of sightseeing. So for us “young folk” 😉 the area was great but if you are a light sleeper then don’t expect the noise do die down until about 2am, (consider my stay was in the middle of Spring Break) Yesenia did provide ear plugs and eye mask for the night which helped a lot. Yesenia was super quick responding to our questions. The AC super cold 🥶 and everything you need for a walking distance. Lastly, I would not recommend renting a car if you staying in this area, it is super crowded and to be honest the Uber were everywhere, fast, convenient and fairly priced.

Let’s start by saying that Yubal is a great host, always responsive and provides plenty of recommendations. The place is very comfortable and has all the amenities described and more. We had an amazing time doing excursions during the day and then relaxing on the hot tubs at the house during the night. Everything is really close including a convinient store 1 mins away and a beautiful beach 3 mins from the house. And let’s not forget about the local pizza place that treated us like family. I’ll recommend this Airbnb to anyone that want to go to PR for any reason. And Yubal is a great host they will make sure you have great experience.

Carlos & Alexandra are a great host. I would definitely stay here again until he future. I felt like I was home away from home. They were always responsive whenever I needed them. And very nice & respctful. I will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you guys
