“I took an impromptu drive down to Rosarito for a relaxing (socially distanced aka: solo 😉) birthday stay, and I’m so glad I landed on Native Residence. For this being the first time driving myself into Mexico, the location and route were super well explained, and I somehow was able to make it to the property without missing a turn 😂. Bit of a rustic entrance, but the directions make it all very clear. Everything at native residence is expertly designed, clean, and comfortable, not to mention the views are amazing. I spent a good amount of my visit reading on the outdoor patio in the sun and drinking local(ish) wine that I grabbed from a restaurant nearby. All of the food recommendations offered were spot on. My favorite part of the trip, oddly enough, was petting the two dogs, gringo and pancho. They’re the sweetest sweethearts you could ever imagine, and I’d by lying if I said I didn’t want to take them home 😉. I will definitely be back in the future, no question.”

“Cathy responded to me very quickly and was available to support me in several instances during my travel to make sure I made it to and from her place safely. She greeted me when I arrived to give me a tour of the facility and my space that I would be staying in. From the very start, Cathy went above and beyond in her support and hospitality. The space is very well appointed and spotless! It’s very artsy and there are beautiful things to look at around every corner, from original artwork on the walls, to stained glass windows and murals. The beaches here are incredible, on day two there were a total of three people on the beach! I was fortunate enough to see several dolphins swimming along the shore. Also, my room had access to the rooftop deck and the building has its own private staircase going down to the beach. I highly recommend this little slice of heaven and definitely plan to come back!”
Come enjoy a luxurious and charming casita by the sea! Enter through a private blue door into the garden patio and French doors that lead into a beautifully appointed living space & fully equipped kitchenette. The bedroom has a new queen size memory foam mattress dressed with luxurious quality sheets, feather pillows and down comforter and 3 piece bathroom en-suite. The roof top palapa crows nest has a queen size swing for naps after walking our own beach and to watch the sunset over the ocean.
“This was such a stylish and beautiful space and we were thrilled to spend time here! We took a bunch of gorgeous photos to try and capture the look and feel of the place. I will add that the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The kitchenette was super useful and the drinks in the fridge were a perfect touch to relax with up in the open air bed upstairs. The vibe was everything we could have hoped for. The beach wasn’t as close or “beachy”as we would have liked esp at high tide but we were able to relax spectacularly on the canopy bed upstairs and enjoy ourselves other ways here. I will add that the water in Mexico is not drinkable so be careful when gargling and showering. And you must buy bottled water in the store to take back to the house.”
