We love staying at the apartment. Heated and protected environment from climatic weather. Great comfort. We feel safe and quiet to rest and stroll around.

The dpto is tidy, bright complete (I even leave coffee capsules and complimentary tea) and spacious, highly recommended. Also the host was very clear with the instructions and the questions I had answered them in minutes. We would definitely stay again

A very nice and cozy place to spend with family, the house was very close to the lake and had a beautiful view, it also had central heating, so the house was always warm and we were not cold at all, I recommend it

Many thanks to Lía for her attention and quick response. The house is very clean, warm and comfortable. They offered us extra heaters as soon as we asked for them. We highlight the wooden floors, the comfortable mattresses, the soft bedding and the practical layout with bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. The location is quiet, close to the lake and a 25-minute walk from the center. The only drawback was the light from a street lamp coming in through the windows, as the curtains don't block the light well, which affected our rest. If that detail is resolved, the accommodation is excellent.

Beautiful, cozy place. From the decoration of each space to the common rooms of the building, it is attractive for both adults and children. Getting there on foot is a little complicated due to the location, but by car or Uber it is very easy to get there. The details, appliances, beds and space, the views of the volcano and the ocean, made our stay an excellent experience! The hosts' attention gave us support and help when we needed it, as well as the kindness of the concierges. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended! We recommend the place!

The stay in the building was comfortable, good location, quiet, a nice lake view, clean, quite central, a price according to the stay. Except small details (Ex. TV without cable/antenna, access door to house that requires adjustment to close comfortably), is a fully recommended option to host in Puerto Varas.
