The apartment is located on the road that borders Lake Nahuel Huapi, in front of Playa Bonita. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two twin beds), two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a lake view and a TV. It is a 15-minute drive to downtown and 13 minutes to Cerro Catedral. The complex has a heated pool (its use and availability depend on the consortium and there may be times when it does not work), a gym, a laundry room, and parking.

Our apartment is great with an excellent view of the nahuel huapi lake. It is located 12 blocks from the center of Bariloche and has its own parking. It is equipped for 4 people. With one (1) room , and two other beds in the living room. High quality sommiere, tv-cable, wifi and terrace. We also offer use of the playroom, gym and heated pool. It is advisable to come by car or rent one since it is not located in the city center.
