Very good cabin to enjoy Puerto Río tranquil and all the activities that can be done in this beautiful place. Very comfortable beds and there was everything you need for us. Thank you to Alicia for having welcomed my daughters and me.

The room is nice and comfortable, location with lake view unique. The kitchen is only equipped with the necessary utensils, it would need to be replenished for cooking. The housekeeper is very friendly and responsive.

From the first moment, this place exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, making sure everything was ready for our arrival. The house was spotless and every detail designed for guests' comfort. The decor was beautiful and cozy, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect: close to Lake Bertrand, confluence of the Baker and Neff rivers, which made our stay even more convenient. In addition, the beds were comfortable, clean towels, and the small details (as always the stoves with their wood, local recommendations) made a difference. Every meal was a delight: from breakfasts full of details and homemade bread to dinners with freshly harvested vegetables. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. We would definitely come back without hesitation. 100% recommended for those looking for a perfect stay!

It is not everyday you find paradise. Ninoska and her husband built one over the course of 35 years, first with the cabin that we stayed in and that is filled in with their story, second with the larger chalet where we had the meals they prepared for us. The pictures don't do this place justice, you have to see it and experience it for yourself. See the lake, pet the alpacas, befriend the goat, spend time in the chalet, soak in the views. Ninoska and her husband are a warm couple who made our stay magical by welcoming us like extended members of their own family. I will remember this experience as one of the highlights of my whole stay in Chile. Note: the hike down to the chalet from the car is indeed quite the trek, but boy is it worth it!

Very good communication with Juan Pablo who was super nice (I had wrong on the dates of the reservation and he accepted to change it although it was at the last minute). The shower had hot water and the flue worked great. We liked the check out time that was at 12:00👍 The only thing that could be improved would be the cleanliness and having the fireplace on before arrival because the cabin takes a little time to warm up:) but outside of that everything was perfect Thanks again

Excellent place to disconnect, be with a group of friends and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, very good location, very beautiful place, super well equipped house and excellent afritiones.

Very nice stay. Although we weren't expecting a shared dorm room.
