Maximum capacity 2 adults and 2 children under 15 years of age. MARsuites 1 has been designed to offer a comfortable place to stay. It has a small balcony from which you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Palace and the Cathedral. MARsuites 3 is located on the third floor of the MARsuites building. It has an elegant entrance that takes you to the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, microwave, thermos, coffee maker...) and is open to the living room. It also has a high table and chairs. The living room is spacious and bright. It has high ceiling and wooden beams. It has a small balcony and window to enjoy the view. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designer sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) only available for children under 15 years of age and a dining area. The TV is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. There is a fresh and clean private bathroom with a shower, also a hair dryer. The master bedroom faces the back street. It has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double size (180 cm x 200 cm) and there is a wardrobe with drawers and a coat rack. All the windows are new so they are perfectly isolated to avoid possible noises from the street. There is a travel crib and high chair available upon request. Views: The location on one of the widest streets of Casco Antiguo, allows our guests to enjoy privileged views over the Palacio Real de la Almudaina and the Catedral superior, giving light to all our accommodations.

Spacious apartment of 65 m² in the old town of Palma, next to Plaza Mayor, in a commercial area of the city. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen. Located on the second floor of a fully restored historical building, it is part of Can Carrió – Interior Tourism, which consists of 5 floors without elevator (stair access only). This building does not have an elevator and the apartments must be accessed by the stairs only. It has WiFi, TV, AC, heating and appliances. Maximum capacity: four people. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms with double beds each, a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, stove, toaster, oven, coffee maker and kettle. This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.

The cleaning service is offered every three days and is included in the price, so you will always have the apartment organized. Towels and sheets are changed periodically during the stay. They have a free and well-equipped space for their customers' bicycles.
