Villa holiday rentals in Puerto de la Duquesa

La zona está genial para ir en familia como era nuestro caso. Perfecta para senderismo. Mucha naturaleza y gran emplazamiento. La parcela tenía árboles frutales y estaba muy bien preparada, sobre todo para la época estival. Dado que nosotros fuimos días de lluvia a finales de febrero, finalmente no pudimos salir y fue imprescindible la calefacción, contemplada como un extra como nos comentó Placido antes de reservar en su primer mensaje. Nos facilitaron leña (y una cesta con varias cosas como gran detalle a la llegada!!), algo que agradecimos mucho. La chimenea de arriba no funcionaba y no podía calentarse la parte de los dormitorios, además que entraba aire frío por ahí a ese cuarto, pero con la calefacción se solucionaba esto pese al frío. La casa está perfectamente preparada para albergar varias familias, lo cual es muy positivo hasta para quedarte encerrado en la casa como hicimos nosotros. En resumen, muy buena experiencia y recomendable.

We had a lovely stay. The house was perfect for our large group and comfortable, the host was delightful, responsive and friendly. The location is ideal, close to everything by car and very peaceful. Everything was great!

We absolutely loved this magical place. Great townhouse with amazing view and direct access to the beach. There's a beach path right in front of the house that takes you into Estepona in only 25 minutes by foot, or a short 5 minute drive. Nearby you can rent e-bikes or e-scooters to explore the area further. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious with lots of areas to sit to enjoy the amazing views. Anne-Marie was very communicative and super helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Villa Valentine. Although the location is a 20 minute drive back to shops and restaurants (down some windy, hilly roads), the beauty and peacefulness of the location more than compensated. The Villa was beautifully presented and perfectly matched the description. Kevin and his wife Anna were perfect hosts, even adding extra coffee to the generous welcome pack. We have no hesitation in recommending!

We came with 4 generations of our family to go to a wedding and then have a short holiday. The Villa suited us all from the 3 year old right up to grandparents in their 80's. There was something for everyone from the small outdoor play area for youngsters to the beautiful pool. The Villa has ample space so we could all be together or do our own thing. I have to say Eugenio was exceptional right from the start, he was so helpful and such a pleasant man. He really couldn't do enough for you but there again he didn't have to because he had already thought of almost everything. The small town and beach including restaurants and bars are only 10 minutes walk and Sotogrande port only 15. We all loved it and wouldn't hesitate to go back again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay here! The house was just as described—comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. It was especially good for kids, with lots of space for them to play and enjoy. The pool heating wasn’t working the first couple of days, but the hosts responded quickly and got it fixed without any hassle. We really appreciated their communication and willingness to help. Would happily come back!

We had lovely stay. The house and gardens are excellent, spacious with comfortable lounge, very well equipped kitchen and air conditioned bedrooms and great pool area. Annelie our host was very helpful and welcoming. Easy walk to the beach with several excellent restaurants. Definitely recommend for a large family group holiday (4 adults 3 kids)

We had a wonderful two weeks in Charlotte’s lovely finca. It’s a stunning location with amazing views of the surrounding hills from the terrace and pool. Beaches are 15 mins and we enjoyed exploring local towns and hikes. It would be lovely to come back sometime.

We decided to extend our holiday in Spain for a weekend and chose this beautiful villa. The main advantage of this villa is its beautiful view in the day and at night time. This is a truly amazing location. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. James is very responsive and friendly. He was always in touch. He was always ready to help with the house and its settings. I highly recommend it! Don't forget to buy a bottle of wine to enjoy the beautiful view with a glass on the balcony!)

Väldigt smidig in- och utcheckning med flexibel värd. Även fin concierge-hjälp. Trevlig välkomstgåva vid ankomst. Huset var rent och fräscht och motsvarar beskrivningen. Vi är jättenöjda och kan varmt rekommendera er att hyra huset!

The villa is perfect for families, lots of space, beautiful pool, peaceful, relaxing surroundings. The villa was very safe and comfortable.

Villa was stunning in a newly developed extremely private gated area. Villa was very spacious and clean, decorated beautifully and modern, the outdoor areas maintained well, enjoyed the table tennis and pool was a great size for activity - we paid extra for pool heating and would recommend this even when the weather is warm. Host was very helpful in arrival details and offered airport transfers and other services and very responsive to messages if any help was needed, we had a slight issue with a neighbour but absolutely no fault of the host and was super helpful to offer assistance so no problem with the villa whatsoever. Would recommend a car rental as it is hard to walk up hill in heat and taxis struggle or refuse to get in/out of gates and very long steep walk to the nearest shop but only a short drive from Banús and other areas and beaches so overall a good location only 10 mins from everything Would certainly return, everything was great, well priced and overall great trip

We had the best stay at Luisa's villa! It was way bigger than we expected from the pictures with essentially 3 apartments in 1 but with still a perfect sitting out area for the whole family. The views from the swimming pool were gorgeous and the garden was very big. Villa was perfect for the kids as well - loads of space to run around with trampoline, hammock and fenced off pool so we didn't have to worry about them falling in. We used the bbq lots, visited nearby beaches which were all lovely, went to the Bahia aqua park only 15 minute drive away, visited Gibralter rock to see monkeys. Honestly I think this was the best villa I've ever stayed in! Thanks Luisa!

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The house was amazing with a beautiful pool and garden. Everything was spotless and great having towels for both baths and pool for everyone. We really appreciated all the extras like bowls for our children and child proofing the house. Everything was thought about! The communal pool is incredible and a nice change of scenery from the private pool - we’ve never seen such a big pool! Great to be walking distance from the beach and playground. We loved the beach restaurant. Supermarkets also really close which was useful. Both of our boys learnt to swim this week! What a fantastic house, we loved every minute of our holiday and can’t wait to come again! Thank you for everything!

6 of us enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Villa. The Social areas and the pool were great spaces to relax and enjoy the day. Alex was very responsive with any questions we had and kindly allowed us to check in early. My only advice for future guests is to bring your insect repellent, we had endured a lot of bites.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .La vue est magnifique,la propreté est irréprochable,la cuisine bien équipée et la literie confortable.Daphné a été très réactive quand nous l'avons contacté.Les photos sont fidèles .C'est une maison que je recommande.

Really lovely villa. Catered to 6 adults and an infant perfectly. Nice walk to the marina (40 mins) and a cheap taxi to marina or old town when you use local taxis. Aldi store next door was great for food / beer shopping and has everything you need for your stay. The villa was perfectly clean, Andrew was super attentive and helpful, Juan the pool guy was lovely, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Some local construction going on but wasn’t noisy and or troublesome at all. Would def recommend.

Staying at this house was a Spanish dream! I really hope I will have a chance to go back again. The house is spacious with a spectacular view and amazing location. Cannot recommend enough!

The villa was amazing and lived up to the photos and descriptions. The facilities were top quality and the bbq area was great for eating in. It is an easy short walk to supermarket, marina and lots of restaurants. We had a couple of queries with the villa but the hosts were so responsive and issues immediately sorted. Would definitely book through this agency again and book this villa if we were a large group.

Wij verbleven de hele maand februari 2025 in dit huis. Het voelde als thuis, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad was nog te koud om in te zwemmen, maar gaf wel dat speciale vakantiegevoel. Het uitzicht is waanzinnig en omdat we mooi weer hadden, was de zonsopgang iedere dag een feest om te aanschouwen. De haven van La Duquesa op loopafstand en erg leuk. De wandeling gaat voor het grootste deel langs de kust, dus erg plezierig. Alain en zijn host ter plaatse Vale zijn erg aardig en reageerden steeds erg snel. Een heerlijk huis op een prachtige locatie, dichtbij veel voorzieningen, maar toch lekker rustig. Een auto is nodig, maar dat geldt voor vrijwel alle accomodaties in Spanje buiten de grote steden. Een aanrader!

My friends and I had a fantastic long weekend in the villa. The downstairs is great for relaxing and eating and all the bedrooms are lovely and spacious. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s place! Although it is quite far from the places we went to, the space and the views of the Airbnb was worth it. It was located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. My favourite thing about the property is that you’re able to see the sunrise and sunset. The outside area is beautiful as it overlooks the mountains, ocean, pool and the golf course. Very charming property both inside and outside. The only issue we had was that there was a mix up with the cleaners and there were no extra paper towels, toilet paper or hand soaps in the washroom so we did have to purchase that at our own expense.

El lugar bello como en las fotos, bien equipado, alejado del ajetreo, con mucha privacidad. El único pero es que la gerencia solo está disponible para contactar hasta las 6pm (y máximo hasta las 8pm para "emergencias") y tuve que llamarles en la mañana del día siguiente para que resolviera un tema de una ducha que se atascaba - que sí vinieron a arreglar. Considerando que con el checkin empezando a las 4pm, lo de no contactar más tarde de las 6pm va bastante justo si se identifica algún problema.
