I recently stayed at this beautiful home in El Vaivén, Colombia, and it was a great experience. The property was exactly as described, offering a peaceful, spacious retreat perfect for the weekend. One of the highlights of this home is the stunning pool, which made for a refreshing way to unwind during the day. The panoramic view from the open kitchen and barbecue area, especially at sunset, was breathtaking. It’s hard to beat those views while enjoying a meal outdoors, I would return with family and friends.

We loved our stay. The house is spacious and clean, and has everything you need. It is only a 1 minute walk from the beach. It felt very private and it was quiet! The swimming pool is a nice addition too. We would definitely book again if we are around!

Alvaro’s place blew our minds, very well above our expectations. The place is very spacious, amazing decoration, beach front, pool, etc. Great place for a peaceful stay in front of the beach, amazing for kitesurfers. Salinas del Rey kitesurfing center is just 10 mins away.

Excellent place, located in a very good area, the building staff are very attentive and friendly. The host was always willing to help us with what we needed and the information he gave us was super clear. The studio apartment is very nice, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

This is such an amazing apartment that has everything you need to feel at home. It is very centrally located in a great neighborhood and also very close to all the main areas of Baranquilla. The apartment is pristine, exactly as described, and fully stocked. The bed is extremely comfortable, there are big TVs in the bedroom and living room, good AC in both the living room and bedroom, and has fast WiFi. There is a pool / common area on the roof which was nice to go relax in. Even in the hot Baranquilla weather, the roof / pool area has plenty of wind to feel refreshing. Also, Vanesa who was our host and main point of contact is extremely helpful, welcoming, sweet and always attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and very quick to respond whenever I messaged her. Her hospitality is top notch and I just want to thank her for making us feel right at home.

The place is as show in the pictures. I will mention things that you can only see when you stay here. The pool is only open on weekends. There is a plaza walking distance and safe. There you can eat every day, with different styles of foods. In the first floor there is a small store, great for buying quick things. In the plaza you can get everything else.

Wonderful place, it met expectations and exceeded them. Quiet, comfortable, safe and private, in our case, José's apartment has everything we were looking for to enjoy a few great days with the family, the tranquility and privacy, unsurpassed. Totally recommended. We already miss it. We hope to be back soon.

I stayed with my parents, my brother, my aunt and my husband with the aim of visiting family. The apartment was very comfortable, well organized and beautiful, in an area that we felt very safe and close to shops. The air conditioning is very effective and each room has a good supply of what is needed to rest. The room does not need air conditioning, because with the windows open there is very good air circulation during the seasons of the year in which we were. There are several steps to follow with different aspects of the apartment, and Sandra, the host, is very clear in giving instructions to resolve each situation without additional help. Although there were some details, Sandra was very attentive, responded and maintained very good communication. We would definitely stay in his apartment on a future visit to Barranquilla. Please note that the washing machine is only available for stays of 4 nights or more.

Located in Rio Mar, beautiful, safe, high end accommodations. The apartment has everything you can think of and you can tell thought was taken. The host was attentive and we will definitely stay there again.
