Vivienda monumental, con 1 plaza de parking (para poder hacer uso de ella es imprescindible llegar antes de las 18.00 hrs), céntrica, muy original y silenciosa, ideal para descansar tras un día de turismo por la bella Córdoba; cuenta con 2 amplios dormitorios, el principal con Jacuzzi e hidromasaje y con cama king size de 180 cms x 200 cms. Los 2 dormitorios cuentan con 2 baño privado en suite cada uno de ellos. El alojamiento tiene salón comedor con cocina americana con utensilios de máxima calidad, lavadora secadora privada, horno-microondas, cafetera Nespresso, calentador aerochino de leche marca Nespresso, etc. Patio andaluz central, terraza de unos 20 metros cuadrados con vistas al skyline de Córdoba y Jacuzzi de exterior con depuradora y bomba de calor; se alquila por días para uso exclusivo sólo para su apartamento y para las personas que se alojen con usted, es decir, no lo compartirán con el resto de huéspedes. El precio por día es de 60.00 € que serán abonados mediante tarjeta de crédito a su llegada al personal de nuestro equipo. Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.
