Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

It is located on a private estate and has its own completely independent and closed private garden and parking. The view of the Picos de Europa is spectacular. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

30 m holiday home with 730 m garden. A fully independent and enclosed property with very good access, the house is fully equipped and decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It has a barbecue and outdoor gazebo. We are 50 m from the Santibañez fountain (you must try its water) and 15 minutes from Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Santillana del Mar and the Saja Reserve Natural Park. The town of Cabezon de la Sal is 3 km away.
