Our cosy 40m2 studio is located in Barrio Quintana, in the north-eastern area on the outskirts of Madrid. You will stay in an area full of shops and services, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but with easy access to it: we are 30 minutes by Metro from the centre (Puerta del Sol) with a direct line from the Quintana stop which is 450m away :) Plus: pets welcome! ;) With capacity for up to 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.

Guest room with garden in Madrid

In the garden of the last low house in the neighborhood. It is a five-minute walk from the Plaza de Ciudad Lineal, next to everything, very close to two supermarkets. Just 20 minutes away from downtown Madrid. The stay is newly renovated with kitchen and single bathroom, loft bed with air conditioning and high ceilings. It is a unique place surrounded by trees and tranquility with orchard and pond. There is high speed wifi, washer, dryer and a common space outside.

Bright and quiet room for 1 or 2 people, the bed is 135cm × 190cm. The room has a desk for working/studying with several light points and a screen to connect the laptop. Quiet house, with the comfort that I am the only one in it. There is a very affectionate kitten (not suitable for allergy sufferers). It has heating, but the house is not cold, it is only turned on when it is very cold and we are at home. Check days, sometimes it is available and does not appear.
