The house was built by my grandfather in 1948 and known by the family as, “The Denver Blvd House”. The house is centrally located to shopping, dining, and various local attractions like Pueblo’s Riverwalk, Pueblo Lake State Park, Colorado State Fair, and county farms. Also, an hours drive to Colorado Springs, Cañon City (Royal Gorge Bridge), La Junta, and San Isabel Mountains (Bishop Castle). Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the back patio and annual Balloon Fest during the Chile Festival.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in beautiful Beulah Valley. Cottage is located on 7 acres next to Squirrel Creek. Hike, cycle, and enjoy the surrounding areas of Westcliffe, Canon City, Florence & more! Start your day with coffee on the deck listening to bubbling stream, birds and chickens. A mini-farm adventure. Furry friends welcome (2 max). May not be left unattended. Air-conditioned /heated. This comfortable house has been updated to include some unique features that will take you back to Colorado's history from the 1859 Pikes Peak Gold Rush to the days of the railroad. We have the cowboy room, the railroad room, and the Master Suite with its tasteful decor featuring southwest art from local artists. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can park in the 2-car garage. Plus we have added a large hot tub to the back patio and a privacy fence.

All adult guests must provide a valid government ID to verify age & address. We do not rent to local residents.

Deer have been known to show up on occasion in the neighborhood. Around the corner and a short walk is the paved Arkansas river trail and the City Park. Everything in Pueblo is 15-20 minutes away and easy to get to.
