It is equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, balcony and a swing in the middle of the living room! The apartment has a private parking space, monitored. The entrance to the apartment is secured with an access code. Light scenes that you can manage yourself will add to the experience.

House overlooking the sea, in a beautiful, quiet district of Gdynia, 3 minutes walk from the beach and 1.5 km from the boulevard. Nearby, there is a bar with waffles and ice cream, and a meadow with a fire pit and a playground for children. The nearest bus stop is a 7-minute walk from the house, from which the bus runs to the city center of Gdynia (20 min). It is an ideal place for a quiet holiday away from the crowds of tourists, with the possibility of easy access and sightseeing.

The house is located in Northern Kashubia, 700 m from Lake Choczewskie and 15 km from the sea (17 min by car to Białogóra and 25 min to Dębki). It is an ideal holiday offer for people who love the Polish sea, but do not like loud resorts or for lovers of clean, quiet lakes, without infrastructure. Lake Choczewskie is mainly visited by anglers. The house is located among recreational plots (Natura 2000 area). There are wonderful bike routes and horse trails around.
