This is a nice illuminated apartment of 39m2 with two rooms, bathroom, kitchen and hallway. There is one living room, one bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom connected to the toilet. A few minutes on foot is the New Town Hall, a beautiful park, and a walk around the river can be reached within 10 minutes to the center. From this cozy little apartment, the city is within reach, as well as the highway or zoo.

Guests of the Fibra Mocca Apartment have a living room with a balcony with patio furniture, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a dryer. The living room has a TV and dining area,and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, overflow machine and Dolce Gusto espresso machine. Bed linens,towels, an iron+board, coffee/tea/water, and a welcome bottle of wine are provided for guests; children-books and puzzles. Free WiFi is available in the apartment.
