Greetings! We are a couple renting out a cozy two-rooms, self-contained apartment just outside Polcenigo. We live in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, and the apartment is on the ground floor of our family house, with its own private entrance. The property is newly renovated, well insulated, and climatically comfortable, with heating and AC powered by solar energy. Nearby, there are two public car parks (one of which is sheltered), a bus stop, and lots of trekking trails waiting for you!

Highly qualified restaurants in the surrounding area, suggestive landscapes above (Venice is visible with clear air) and a place for walks and bike tours...

On the first floor, there is a lovely living room with kitchen and terrace, a large bedroom with 2 beds, and a bathroom with shower. The air-conditioned attic with 2 large opening skylights has a double bed, a study corner, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Mosquito nets on the first floor, reserved outdoor parking.

A parking space is available in the condominium area. Almost nothing is missing in the accommodation.
