The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

Alberto is a great host, very responsive and attentive if you have any questions. Lina, co-host is also available and very pleasant! Listing was as described with a great view. We had a great time in Avignon. We'll be back!

The place is really nice, very clean, terrace is amazing :) we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, we parked on the street and there was no problem to find parking spot anytime, we could use the bikes. we really enjoyed our stay :)

Luca and Elena were perfect hosts, they made themselves available, made sure we didn't miss anything. The directions provided to access the listing were clear and concise and we were able to find it without difficulty. Elena is very warm and responsive when you ask her, she sent us valuable information about restaurants, activities, places close to home from day one. The accommodation is clean and functional, we see that it has been modernized (decor/painting) while keeping the typical side of small beach houses. The view from the terrace on the marina is very nice and the beach which is 1 min away perfect for sunrise/sunset, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia (La Cinta) 10 min drive. There are small shops within walking distance 2/3 min on the harbor. It's a real favorite, I can only recommend them:)

We felt very comfortable at the place! This is mainly due to the wonderful location. The beach is just a staircase (with the choice between several) and the location on Capo Testa is unique, so you can walk to breathtaking and partly secluded coves. The decor of the apartment is pretty simple but we still didn't miss anything. The apartment does not have a private balcony but in the garden there is a terrace which we have often used. In the bedroom there is air conditioning and the temperature there was pleasant. However, what you need to know is that there is no air conditioning in the living area and it can be quite warm during the day. The communication with Fabio and his wife was friendly, reliable and made us feel good from the beginning. I would book it again at any time!

Dear Claudia and Gregor, Time has passed so quickly in Costa Paradiso, what a pity! Thank you for everything, also to Marina, everything worked out so easily. The area around Costa Paradiso is fantastically beautiful. Yesterday we sailed the coast by boat. You have to be quite good on foot to get into the villa with the many steps, but since you usually only make the journey once a day, that's not a big problem. The villa is super large and spacious, furnished with a lot of love for detail and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired! The sunset is a dream on the terrace... Restaurants are easily reached by car and also have offers for us veggies! We say: Thank you 😍

We spent an absolutely wonderful time at “Seaview Villa” with our extended family. The pictures really don’t do the villa justice - the house is gorgeous with lots of charme and coziness and the view and garden are simply breathtaking. In a short walk you reach a gorgeous beach with the clearest water imaginable and Porto Cervo and the surrounding area offer a nice variety for dinner and day trips. In general, it is very recommendable to have a car to get around the island. The communication with Valeria and Francesco was great, they were super helpful, nice and very easy to reach. Valeria gave us some awesome tips for trips, restaurants and shopping during our stay - thank you so much! Check-in and -out with Consuelo were also extremely nice and flexible, thanks you! We definitely hope to be back soon!

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful garden. You could walk to the beach in a few minutes. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Those who come for kitesurfing or wind/wings surfing have it very close to the corresponding spots. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the area by rental car. You can easily park outside the house. Communication was flawless and very accommodating. We will be very happy to come back!

Lovely place, we felt very comfortable and Sandro was very helpful. In the morning you can usually hear the delivery of the supermarket, which is in the same house. But if you know that, you can adjust to it and make the windows, then it's not that loud.

Highly recommend this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – thank you so much! The location couldn't be better, being central with a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach only 10 minutes away. The beach is fantastic and perfect for families with children. The town itself has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful view on the mountains. We are so grateful to our host for providing everything we could possibly need. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking, laundry, and even had all the necessary cleaning supplies. We were impressed with the amount of storage space available in the wardrobes for our clothes and belongings, and there were even extra towels provided. A real highlight for us was the enclosed open terrace. This was a huge bonus as it allowed our 1-year and 10-month-old to play safely outside without us having to worry. This made our family vacation so much easier and more enjoyable.

Tomasina welcomed us very warmly. We were allowed to check in a little earlier. She always responded quickly to my messages and gave us valuable tips. All around superbly supplied. The stay at Gabrielle's was just perfect. The welcome was so warm that you felt right at home. Gabrielle gave us great tips for the surrounding beaches and restaurants and was always available to us. The place had everything you needed and the view was just magical. The old town of Alghero was beautiful and about 15 minutes away. The supermarket was right across the street and so we didn't miss anything. Thank you for everything, Gabriella ❤🥰😍🌸🌷

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

The flat is perfect for short or long stay in Golfo Aranci. There is everything you need in thé kitchen, the bathroom is clean. It is possible to go to 3 différent beaches by foot and do shopping. Restaurants in thé area.
