Beautiful villa with Jacuzzi, magnificent experience, clean, tidy, tastefully furnished, floor heating, wide and luxurious shower, impeccable kitchen, comfortable and very clean beds. Simply put, perfect. The host Francesca received us in person, always available and friendly. I highly recommend this accommodation, 5 stars out of 5.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

New and really beautiful apartment. I also found the house very clean and tidy. The location is great, 2 minutes on foot from the sea , but at the same time very quiet area. Very kind host and very helpful in satisfying my requests (I was traveling with 2 children, and he left me a lot of freedom at check-in and check-out). We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay! From the beginning Joanna was very helpful and responsive, providing helpful advice and recommendations. When we arrived she was there to greet us, very friendly and warm, and he had some local products left for us to enjoy. The place itself was absolutely immaculate, with everything you would ever need or think of for the duration of the stay, lots of attention to detail and very clear that a lot of love and care went into the villa. The surrounding area has a lot of activities to do, San Marino being less than 30 minutes drive away is an absolute win (renting a car was definitely worth it). The view from the terrace (and 3 of the bedrooms) is incredible, we had all our meals on the terrace just to we can enjoy looking over the hills. Can't recommend La Dolce Vita enough, and we will definitely be back!

The apartment perfectly matched the photos – very nice, clean and cosy. I felt comfortable from the start. I really appreciated the opportunity to use the bicycle, as I don't have a car: it was the ideal way to explore the city and its surroundings. The area is quiet and well connected, perfect for getting around easily. Viola was always available and responded immediately to all my requests. Highly recommended!

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

Silvia and Paolo were very kind and welcoming hosts. Due to traffic, we arrived later than the agreed time and Silvia, super helpful, welcomed us with a smile! The house is cosy, it really makes you feel at home, it is clean and nothing is missing. It is also very cool, which in summer is definitely a plus! Our weekend in Cattolica was perfect. I recommend the dimora dei bagnanti to everyone, it was a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely be back! :)

We were greeted with great cordiality and availability from the moment of booking. The Host was present and attentive, granting us a flexible check-in, personally welcoming us into the house and taking a small tour to show us everything. Always available, it made us feel really comfortable. The house is really nice, modern and attention to detail: the terrace is a perfect gem to relax, and the rooms are clean, bright and very comfortable. The equipment is surprising: nothing is really missing, from needle and wire to the adapters for the sockets (Schuko), showing care for every possible need of guests. We really appreciated this attention. The location is excellent: you can easily reach everything on foot, bars, sea, pubs, up to a well-stocked covered market of all kinds of food. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay in every way. Parking is private and well protected, very useful in the center of Catholic! We will definitely be back!

We were guests of Lara for 2 weeks at this enchanting seaside accommodation and we can't help but be excited about the experience! Laura was extremely welcoming from the moment of booking, providing us with all the necessary information to get to her home and useful tips on what to do in the area. The apartment is located in a perfect location, just steps to the beach. The interior is tastefully furnished, clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay. 2 couples for Rimini wellness, house 3 km away reachable by scooter/bike, very convenient, well-maintained accommodation, kitchen equipped with everything and spacious, dining room with a nice table for 6/8 people and TV, large bathroom with shower, double bedroom with walk-in closet, very comfortable bed, second room with sofa/bed and TV. Roberto is a friendly and patient host, we all had a really good time and were comfortable, if we were to go to Rimini again I hope the support is available, a guarantee. Thank you Roberto

Apartment in the center of Cattolica with easy access, spacious, spacious, functional, clean. Great large terrace, usable for alfresco dining or lunch. Two balconies and the exposure on three sides guarantee excellent ventilation of the apartment that allows you to use the air conditioner to a minimum. The availability of four bicycles was a very welcome plus. The kitchen works great. The only downside, not tied to the apartment itself, is the noise of the scooters that blow in the street below. I can only leave a great review, a place to keep in mind for future excursions to the Romagna Riviera.

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

House is in a good location. 25-35 minutes' walk away from the beaches. Nicoletta was always available and helped. Only the water pressure in the upper bathroom was not enough. Well organised and speedy answers. Small supermarket at 200m, beach at 700m and lots of restaurants within 700m. We had to cancel the last day and Pierluigi reacted as hoped.

The accommodation is as described, directly at the arco di augusto and therefore very close to the city, about 5 minutes. Lots of bars and restaurants there. You could reach everything on foot very quickly. The parco alcide cervi is also right outside the front door. That was perfect for our dog. Following the park, you could reach the beach and the promenade. It was about a 20-minute walk to the beach. The accommodation was very nice and clean, there was everything you needed. The terrace was fenced (perfect for a dog). A pharmacy, restaurants and shopping are within a maximum of 5 minutes away. The hosts were very friendly, courteous and easily accessible. We had a very nice stay and would come back anytime. Thanks :)
