Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

La mia casa è a 1000 m.s.l. vicino alla famosa via dei Ciclamini ed è una tappa dei Percorsi Occitani. Vi è una palestra di arrampicata e una via Ferrata e un giardino privato. La stanza ha piccolo bagno interno, un balconcino con vista e una scrivania. C’è una cucina e una sala ad uso comune degli ospiti.La colazione è a pagamento con due proposte: colazione standard e colazione della casa. D’inverno il riscaldamento si paga a parte, da concordare direttamente con me.

It features a fully furnished kitchen with an oven, mini fridge, and cooker, integrated into the living room space (which includes a sofa bed, table, and TV). Breakfast essentials are provided (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave). The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.

We are not far from towns like Barolo, Barbaresco where world-famous wine is produced, nor from the sea, which is about 50 minutes away with the most renowned Ligurian beaches.

In the family atmosphere of the 1960s you immediately feel at home and you can relax with all the comforts. A large library offers interesting reading material. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has been recently renovated.
