Perfect stay! Riccardo's apartment is impeccable: clean, well maintained and located in a residence directly in front of the lake. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, complete with mocha with powdered coffee and a waffle machine, a much appreciated detail. Riccardo is an exceptional host: he welcomed us with great availability, giving us very useful tips on the attractions of the area. In addition, he graciously offered to take us from the station to the apartment and vice versa, making our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Valerio and Matteo are wonderful friendly hosts who ensure you are comfortable and feel right at home. Their place is right in the heat of Desenzano conveniently near ferries, the lake and good restaurants and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would certainly like to stay there again.

We spent a week in September in this very nice apartment. It has everything you need, whether you are adults or a family with children. Well equipped. Good practical solutions. Stairless access to apartment From the living room there is access straight out into its own garden, with large sofa group and dining table. From the garden there is a hedge and a gate straight out to a large swimming pool with sunbeds. The apartment area seems well run, clean and organized, with its own concierge. Hosting is very welcoming and available, and was more than willing to give tips and advice about the place, and other things you may have questions about. Very tidy conditions. About 20 minutes to walk to Desenzano city, with historic streets and buildings, market, shopping and not least many cozy restaurants. The boardwalk to Desenzano is worth a walk in itself. 15-20 away within walking distance there are also several very good restaurants, delis and not least beautiful places and buildings. We would definitely recommend the place and would happily come back.

Elegant apartment refined and tidy. Kitchen and leaving top area. Great rooms. Quiet area. Maybe a little less about the cost would help a return. Location for walking or walking to Desenzano or Sirmione are a notable plus. Served very well for daily expenses or places to eat or great and rich breakfasts. Very close to the lake and its beautiful walkways. It's fine. Great location. The perfect check-in and check-out stages. Easy and convenient car parking in the immediate vicinity. Ample parking in front of the house for easy and fast loading and unloading. Rivoltella was a good experience thanks to the host Roberta.

Barbara and Marco were fabulous hosts and the apartment was perfect for our trip to Italy. Everything you need is there and the place was comfortable clean and beautifully decorated.

It was a short but great holiday. We had a beautiful weather so we could explore Sirmione, all the coast of the lake and Gardaland. It's perfect location to visit Verona on your way back home. Monica was very kind and responsive. All went well perfectly.

Very nice authentic apartment in a great location. Close to the old town and about 15 minutes walking slightly downhill from the train station. The apartment is comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen and a small narrow bathroom off the kitchen. Alberto was extremely friendly and helpful. Unexpected bonus - he gave us a ride to the train station on our last day which was great during a light drizzle. Thank you!

The place was great especially if you want to swim in lovely pools without you have to fight for deck chairs and sleep with half of Denmark, we really need all 3 pools, something for all ages. You live in a nice apartment with good sleeping conditions, a large cozy terrace and own washing machine, nice we could sleep in separate rooms. The kitchen was a little lacking and especially missed a few wine glasses, now that you were in Italy 😂 The host was quick to respond and very helpful, all in all only great recommendation from here. note that there is no air conditioning so it is a bit warm in the apartment. At least we'd love to come again 🌞

Andrea was an amazing host, his place was perfect for our stay, close to the lake, shops, restaurants. He was extremely responsive, always getting back to us quickly and effectively. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had a lovely stay. Giovanni and Veronica were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation has everything you need. The location is good if you like it quiet even if the complex is quite large and the paths far.

Massimo and Simone were both super helpful and great to communicate with. Massimo lives in the other unit within the property and would occasionally walk by and check on us. He even proactively suggested and coordinated for us the rental of a boat from the Padenghe Harbor for a half-day excursion of the lake which ended up being the highlight of the trip. Location and view are stunning with plenty of space for dining outside on the beautiful terrace or on the patio where we had a great BBQ. The way it’s setup with 2 independent kitchens on the 2 levels makes it ideal for a multifamily trip as well. 100% would recommend

Communication with Simone, who manages the property, was great! We got great tips from him. A really nice person!

We would highly recommend it! Great friendliness and kindness from Lino who took great care of us. His little dog Penny was very welcoming and affectionate. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, the high quality linens and bath towels, the provision of pool towels as well as the large covered parking. We were able to relax by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking Lake Garda. Ideally located, very close to the boat boarding dock to visit Sirmione in particular. We also recommend the Garda café for breakfast and the Mirabelle sushi restaurant with its roof top located a stone's throw away.

Perfect little apartment within easy walking distance of the lake front and local amenities. Great location to base yourself to visit the other towns and villages around Lake Garda. The enclosed garden was perfect for our young children. The gated community is peaceful and the neighbours are friendly. Martin was a super friendly and responsive host. He couldn't have been more helpful. We had a really lovely stay.

We had a wonderful 4 days at Barbora’s apartment. It’s easy to find (approx 25 mins walk from Desenzana del Garda train station), really well-located with Rivoltella centre 5 mins walk away, Desenzana about 20 mins stroll along the lake, from where you can easily catch a ferry across to beautiful Sirmione and other lakeside destinations. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, peaceful and well-equipped. We are a family of 5 and felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. There’s a Penny supermarket a few minutes walk away, a really lovely Sicilian bakery just along the road too, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed a pizzeria called Rusticone, which was around 10 mins walk away in Rivoltella. Best pizza we had in Italy 😋 Finally, Barbora is lovely, helpful and always responsive to messages. We would highly recommend staying at her apartment and hope to be back some day.

Beautiful home for a holiday on lake Garda. Very clean and well equipped appartement with big swimming pool. Close to Desenzano del Garda and Sirmione as well as public transportation. Lake at a walkable distance. Welcoming and helpful host with good recommendations for local activities and restaurants etc. Informed us that on the day of our departure the Desenzano Airshow will take place which was an amazing event to see. Wee had a wonderful stay and would like to come back in the future.

Loved our stay here! Rivoltella isn't huge but it's nice, and the street you're on has cute restaurants. Really easy to walk down to the beach and beautiful lake. The apartment is really nice, clean, more spacious than I was expecting. It was well (if somewhat randomly) equipped. We enjoyed walking around to the local lake towns, and renting bikes too at one point. Host was super responsive always. Would totally recommend you stay here, only comment from our side is that in August the apartment was super hot! There are fans provided which were really necessary.
