Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Benevento

Parfait séjour dans un magnifique vignoble. L'appartement est extrêment propre, et meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Visite guidée en passant des vignes, à la production jusqu'à la cave à faire, pour finir sur une dégustation fabuleuse. Je recommande.

Pasquale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. L’appartamento è nuovissimo, estremamente pulito, bello ed accogliente, oltre che nel pieno centro della città ! La colazione al bar di fronte è molto piacevole.

Il nostro soggiorno da Michele è stato perfetto. L'alloggio era accogliente, pulito e immerso nella tranquillità della natura. Michele è stato un host gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Tutto era esattamente come descritto e ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un'esperienza autentica e rilassante

The host was great. The flat was in pristine and clean conditions. I went withy kids and my older one loved the room with 2 beds. He enjoyed watching TV all on his own for a little. personally, I found it great and nicely put. The only thing I would suggest is to put some toilet seat and have few kitchen hand towels. But not a deal breaker. I did message the host, congratulating her as we had a fab stay. Definitely recommend staying there. But make sure to have a car, otherwise it's not easy toove around. Thank you Rosa and her Husband for the amazing hospitality.

Traditionelles, geräumiges Haus. Komfortabel und überall solide Mückennetze. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz auf dem Gründstück aber --sehr enge-- Zufahrt. Achtung: Google Maps führt einen in die irre. Bis in die Ortsmitte fahren und dann hügelaufwärts abbiegen in die Zufahrtstraße.

Host disponibile, alloggio eccezionale, tutto in ordine e ben arredato, fornito di qualsiasi cosa servisse, un ambiente pulito ,spazioso e luminoso, cucina attrezzata ,un giardino ben curato con barbecue in muratura fornito di utensili. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato una bella giornata in relax e siamo pienamente soddisfatti della struttura, sicuramente da ripetere. Lo consiglio...

This place clicks several things on our list of what we love in a vacation. Close enough to visit a few great historic places like Naples & Pompeii, but sleeping in the quiet, quaint, and beautiful countryside of Italy. The home is beautiful & really spacious with super views. The outdoor space is larger than anticipated. I would definitely rent this property again - cheaper than a hotel room with 5 times the space, and save money cooking some meals in the great kitchen.

This was a wonderful choice for us: a small-ish house but plenty of space for a family of four plus two dogs, a huge outdoor space including a proper playground (!!) for our young boys, and woods all around to explore. This is a true escape - no need to worry about cars (the house is down a long driveway and there are no cars around anyway), nights are totally silent, and the view is of green hills as far as the eye can see. The downstairs bedroom has a big bed for parents and a set of bunk beds. Upstairs is a kind of loft bedroom, very cozy, and a comfortable double bed. We liked all the patio/yard space too. It's too early for the pool, but we used the loungers in the sun and the playground is well kept and has plenty to keep children busy. Up the mountain behind the house are some lovely walks, and if you follow a dirt road there are windmills up there. We found it fascinating to stand under the windmill and watch it do its thing. You can hear the whooshing sound from the house. The town of San Lupo is just down the hill, maybe 5 minutes, and there's a grocery store right at the bottom of the road that has all the basics. We drove to other villages and mountain hikes and waterfalls too - beautiful area! The house is well built and has good quality finishings. We didn't use the TV but there are two. Our host was very gracious and greeted us with wine and a cake. Recommended!

Ho avuto la necessità di avvisare Sergio della mia allergia alla polvere e lui ha provveduto a pulizie speciali anto acari, inoltre siamo arrivati tardi per il check in causa lavoro ma non ci ha fatto nessun problema

La casa di Andrea è semplicemente perfetta! Ha tutto quello che occorre, è nuova e ben organizzata, pulitissima e la terrazza offre un bellissimo panorama sulla vallata. Andrea è sempre pronto a rispondere, a dare informazioni ed è un host premuroso. Il paese vale una passeggiata offrendo scorci particolari. A uguale distanza da Benevento e Avellino consente di esplorare i bellissimi borghi della zona in pochi minuti di auto. Ringrazio tantissimo Andrea e spero di avere occasione di tornare, lo raccomando!
