It's ideal for those seeking quiet and contact with nature, with a welcoming and above all suggestive atmosphere (the valley tells many stories) It is a special place where you can relax with the whole family or as a couple.

The historic city rests on an elevated plateau of tuff rock at the very edge, where you will find our apartment. When not using it (we travel often), we want others to enjoy this authentic and beautiful corner of Italy. It is a 45-minute drive from the airport and the centre of Naples and a 1.5-hour from Amalfi.

Located about 35 km east of Naples, on a tufaceous promontory, Sant'Agata is a quiet, romantic town famous as "the pearl of Sannio." The spacious apartment is in the most scenic corner of the historic city centre, above a public park, a restaurant and a bar overlooking the lush green valley. Car parking is right putside the old town a 10min walk away, but there are some bus options as well. It is a 45-minute drive from the airport and the centre of Naples and a 1.5-hour drive from Amalfi.

The property offers a quiet and relaxing stay, not being in the immediate vicinity of nightclubs. The main points of interest are within walking distance: the main course (Corso Garibaldi) is 200mt, the Church of Santa Sofia 300mt, the Arco Traiano 450 mt. Strategic position also to reach the faculties of engineering and economics, and the Conservatory of Music.

We are in a very quiet area 15 minutes from Pietrelcina, birthplace of San Pio, and 20 minutes from the center of Benevento, a historic city with monuments of Roman origin. For those who enjoy walking, this area of Sannio offers its rural landscapes, small towns to discover, Lake Campolattaro with the WWF oasis and the many products of rural culture.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center of the city near the main street behind Piazza S.Sofia. Less than 500m away is the Arch of Trajan, the eternal symbol of the town. The structure is totally independent and consists of a living area (kitchen and open-space) and a sleeping area (double bedroom with bathroom).
