Sovrapprezzo per pulizia extra dovuta alla presenza di animali in casa ( 20€ per tutto la durata del soggiorno) We love dogs with any size, just with good behaviour. Surcharge for cleaning due to the presence of animals at home (20€ for duration of all stay).

The apartment is located in a farmhouse surrounded by hazelnut groves and vineyards, a few minutes' drive from the UNESCO destinations of Langhe and Monferrato and the villages of great wines: Barolo, Barbaresco and Moscato. On the hills surrounding Asti, just 3 minutes from the city center and just a quarter of an hour from the Langhe you will find “ Villa Belvedere”. It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods. The house is composed by a large living room with an old billiards, a fully equipped kitchen ,three bedrooms, two communicating with a large bathroom with shower and hydro massage and the third with a private bathroom and a patio.
