Come stay with us in our eclectic home in Brooklyn. Recently renovated, we are in a great location 10 minute walk to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. Easy subway access to Manhattan, 20-30 min on train. Restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets all within walking distance. The space is entirely PRIVATE has its own entrance, bathroom and laundry. This is a part of our home. There are heavy curtains at the top and bottom of stairs but some sound will travel. There are 2 fans but no AC
