Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Accommodation Srázná

Building (loft) with a usable area of approx. 50m2. It is a room with an open floor with a bed, under which there is a bathroom. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, baby and travel crib. The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

The Black and White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
