"Kosmaj Vista" is a brand new house near Kosmaj, just an hour from Belgrade. Our house was built in 2024 and is a perfect blend of modern design and the nature in which it is located. In an area of 60 acres there is an outdoor swimming pool, a summer house with a ping pong table and bbq, and a beautiful house of 170m2. The house has a spacious living room with a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a yoga room. It is ideal for families with children, gatherings of friends or team building.

A modern living room features a sectional sofa with a light beige base and dark brown cushions, complemented by decorative teal pillows. A coffee table sits in front, and a soft area rug provides warmth. Large glass doors offer natural light and a view of the adjoining bedroom.

This apartment is very comfortable and convenient for the stay of 3 till 4 adults or a couple with children. The house is relatively new, the apartment was completely renovated in April 2024. In the bedroom there is a comfortable king size bed, an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a sofa that opens. It is on the ground floor of a private house, it has an exit to the veranda and a view of a small flower area. Free parking is available. Special offer from October-May

Our river house was built piece by piece to suit the needs of the people who know how to enjoy, the sunset , the music and river itselfe alone of with few friends still keeping it within the budget. Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day. No parties and huge gatherings. If you need a airport or similiar transfer we organise it!
