Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

Perfect stay for a large group! Lots of rooms! Lots of beds! 3.5 baths is clutch!!!! And affordable!!!! Also, the water pressure was amazing! We’ll have to come back when we can use the pool! Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great space for a large group, clean and had everything we needed. The location is very walkable. We enjoyed walking to union station and really loved the pub and the people, a restaurant across the street.

We rented Joy's place as an alternative to staying in one of the local hotels while we were in town working an event held in the Gaylord convention space, and it couldn't have been any better for what we needed—an easy walk to the Gaylord and scores of restaurants in the area. The building is bright and welcoming, with a very friendly staff that's quick to lend a hand should you need one. Joy quickly answered questions, and her place was just as described. I have a feeling we'll be back the next time we're in the area for business.

Our family of 12 had a great 5 nights stay at Alvin’s place. The house has an old charm. Place was quite clean overall. Alvin was great at communication, with replies to queries during late hours too. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. Few things I do feel the need to point out was that the pool was unusable. It was slightly disappointing as we booked the house mainly for the pool and location. Alvin did sent a tech to fix the filter but no luck. There were ants in the kitchen so we made to put away everything and clean all the counter space after each use. Overall a great stay!

This house was perfect for our large family and close to the Metro and DC. There was plenty of space, the house was clean with a lot of extra little details that were appreciated. After a long hot day exploring DC coming back to the pool, outdoor tv and outdoor pool table was just what we needed. House was great, host was great and responsive I would recommend this house to anyone traveling with kids or bigger groups!

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to reply and super helpful. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in a prime location!

I lived in this unit for 5 months, and I had a great experience. The unit has a beautiful view and all the amenities needed for a longer term stay. The kitchen is stocked with the essential utensils and cooking vessels, and all appliances are functional. The living space is comfortable with substantial storage space, and the dressing room and bathroom are well-maintained and relatively spacious as well. Some of the furnishings are more well-loved, but all are comfortable and in working order. Amber and Maranda are extremely communicative, and I never had any issues with maintenance or pests. For added security, Amber and Maranda provide a lease agreement, which gave me more peace of mind as a renter. River Place South is a very nice building overall, with a renovated lobby, kind, attentive concierge staff, security, and a decent quality gym.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.
