Charming apartment in one of the most prestigious noble palaces in Catania, Palazzo del Toscano, located in the very central Via Etnea and Piazza Stesicoro. The palace is a few steps away from the city's major historical sites of historical interest. Below the house there are metro, bus, taxi. The house, about 120 square meters, is elegantly furnished with antique furniture and typical Sicilian objects and is equipped with all comforts. The beach house is a villa of 150 square meters and 'located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Siracusa. The house stands on three levels: the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining, fireplace, kitchen and WC designed ; the first floor: three bedrooms, two WC designed and a laundry room; on the second floor there is a spacious loft. The house overlooks a terrace of 60 square meters equipped with gas grill, umbrella, table, chairs, loungers.
