Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in nature. Peace, animals and beautiful surroundings without the hustle and bustle of the city, although it is 10 minutes by car to the town of Český Krumlov, 30 minutes to the famous Lipno reservoir and 15 minutes to the Kozí plán cable car. Lots of walks, bike trails and trips around. In our accommodation, we offer everything we would appreciate ourselves. We try to do everything for your satisfaction. Next to the apartment there is a paddock and sheep that we can feed together. The owners are also professional masseurs

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

The mini house is located near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is perfect for mushroom picking, cycling and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Our Studio in the Art Maison Krumlov building offers beautiful accommodation in the style of the French countryside, close to the city center. Inside you will find a spacious living room with a kitchen and two bedrooms on two floors. You can relax and sit in the quiet back yard or in the main garden behind the house. Modřínový mini domek v lesní oáze je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, kuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou. V obývací části je jídelní stůl, kamna a sedací okno s výhledem do stromů a na březový balkon, kde si můžete vychutnat ranní kávu. V horním patře najdete útulnou ložnici. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. V ledničce čeká snídaně z vybraných bio lokálních surovin pro pomalé a pohodlné ráno. Kuchyňka je vybavena vším, co je potřeba k jednoduchému vaření.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping areas.
