Da Zizì

Zizì's house is located in the heart of the village of Pretoro (CH), and consists of an entrance, kitchen/living room, two bedrooms (2 double beds) and a bathroom. The entire place has been recently renovated. Despite its central location in the pedestrian area, it has convenient access from the street with free parking 50 meters from the residence. It enjoys a beautiful panorama with sea views and its location is great for reaching the ski slopes of Passolanciano and Mammarosa in 15 minutes.

Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. First floor consists of equipped kitchen and living room with a very comfortable sofa (if necessary, sofa bed, 2 seats). Enjoy your time in this wonderful penthouse in the centre of Pescara with sea views and access to the beach 10 metres away. You will find a living room, two bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen, terrace, as well as ultrafast WiFi, smart TV, and washer-dryer. Nearby, parking (see Other details to note), bike rental and supermarket open from 8 am to 10 pm every day. Pescara is wonderful for "unplugging" at any time of the year, let yourself go to a slow life, sea view :-)

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Up to 7 beds in the Majella

We are located in Rapino, a small town in the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo, located on the slopes of the north-eastern side of the Majella, in the National Park. Thanks to its strategic location, Rapino has the possibility to reach various nature trails, making the town a strategic point for hiking, mountain biking, motocross and horseback riding enthusiasts. It is also just 20 km from the Passo Lanciano ski resort.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
