Located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, we call it "BEe in foREST", located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, in the lap of nature with which we are closely connected. It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

Comfortable apartment P+1 in a completely renovated karst house in Sežana. Bedroom on the first floor. Additional sofa bed in the bedroom dimensions 80x180cm for an additional charge. There is free parking and a large meadow in front of the apartment. The apartment has its own entrance and a mini-fitness room. You will be greeted with a "Welcome basket" with local delicacies upon arrival. Skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer free bicycle rental for our guests. The location offers a great starting point for excursions.

Romantic Nord-EST: Central Loft and sea glimpse

Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Cosy 1 bedroom apartment

Apartment is located in Zavrhek, a small village 7 minutes from Primorska highway and few minutes drive from Škocjanske caves which are a part of UNESCO heritage. Another monument worth visiting is 20 minute drive to Lipica and its Lipizzan stud farm. Nature lovers will find our little village calming as you can walk around safely. For cyclists there are many marked routes around Zavrhek, mostly passing through woods and meadows. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The area is quiet, in the immediate vicinity are the stops of several bus lines and various shops. Also within walking distance are the historic site of the Castle of S. Giusto, the Astronomical Observatory and the J.J. Winkelmann Civic Museum of Antiquities. Public parking is free in the district

The S&A House apartment is located in Bagnoli della Rosandra, a village at the entrance of the Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a few kilometers from Trieste, close to the border with Slovenia. Thanks to its rich natural heritage, Val Rosandra, with its unique surface waterway from the Trieste Karso, the Glinščica River and the waterfall of about 40m has always been a destination for hikers and rockers.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
