"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Cal Vallverdú 1I

Cal Vallverdú, a house located in the center of the village of Preixana, consists of four apartments, one of which is adapted for people with reduced mobility. This apartment is both rustic and modern. It has a double room, a triple room, and an extra sofa bed in the dining room for one more person. The furniture is made of solid and ecological wood, restored desks from the old school..., inspired by the rural area. Free access to municipal pools from June 24th to August 31st

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

El Gresol is a rural mountain village house, featuring 3 floors and a large private garden. It is located in Senan (Tarragona) 80 minutes from Barcelona airport and 45 minutes from the beach. Next to the "Poblet Monastery" and "Vallbona de les Monges". The village of Senan is one of the 5 smallest villages in Catalonia where peace and nature are our main allies. The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.
