The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Each room has an independent air conditioner, a large kitchenette with everything you need, and on the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and an ironing board. Parking is always available in the vicinity of the house.
