Just the right amount of rustic, this cabin is also quite secluded with a few neighbors, including deer, elk, eagles, hawks, magpies, blue birds, Cassin finches, gophers, and more! Located with an awe-inspiring view of the mountains and so close to Yellowstone and Chico Hot Springs, and the western town of Livingston. Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.
“This was one of the most beautiful locations I have ever stayed. The cabin is small but is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. We loved the area, the super comfy bed, the fire pit and the chairs on the deck. The 360 degree spectacular view was unbelievably beautiful. My nephew loved the loft upstairs & it gave us all some privacy. Everything was perfect, truly.”
NO CLEANING FEE. Two private bedrooms on one floor. Sod roofed house in Paradise Valley. (18 miles south of Livingston) Just 3 miles north of Emigrant, Montana. Pet friendly. Close to Yellowstone National Park, River Access, hiking access and Chico Hot Springs.
“The house is charming and rustic in a very comfortable way. The views are fantastic. Wi-fi works well. My family of five all slept comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and spices. Heidi provided some very thoughtful touches, such as two big bars of chocolate, a bottle of quality wine, and chilled beer mugs in the freezer. Driving time to the Gardiner entrance to Yellowstone NP was about 30 minutes. It was a great place to return to after a day of hiking and site seeing in Yellowstone. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without reservations.”
The fishing cabin has everything that Montana has to offer. The cabin is 45 minutes from Yellowstone, located on the river. The cabin has a loft and a comfy queen sleeper easily sleeping 4 guests. Enjoy a private deck overlooking the river. My log cabin is on the same property; however, we let our guests decide how much interaction they want. The cabin is set back from the house and a privacy wall has been built on the Fishing cabin deck allowing for ultimate privacy between the two cabins.
“Dee Dee and her home are truly special! The cabin has an amazing location right on the Yellowstone River where we drank coffee each morning and grilled our dinner every night. The cabin is well stocked with all the essentials a person could ever need (down to tin foil), but we mostly enjoyed reading all the books on the area that Dee Dee provides. The house also has a grill and fire pit. More impressive than the cabin is Dee Dee herself--she made us feel so welcome, took amazing care of us and provided an abundance of local recommendations. You must book this cabin as it will far surpass your expectations. Thanks Dee Dee!”
