The apartment was once one large classroom and now it has 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom, and an open plan, well-stocked kitchen and living room, with private access to a laundry and 2nd bathroom on a lower level. Toiletries and slippers make for a cosy stay. Pelican Lake is a few mins walk, as is the Motor Hotel (beer store), a grocery store, (gas stn. & liquor mart), a Lounge & Restaurant, Bait Store, and post office.

The home is at the south end of Pelican Lake and very conveniently located within a short walk to the public beach and well as a gorgeous 18 hole golf course. The area is very peaceful and perfect for walks, golf, nature watching, water sports and beautiful sunsets.

Bright and cozy trailer located on private property on the point next to Manhattan Beach Retreat Centre on Pelican Lake. Great for family holidays. The set up and hook up are all done, just show up and enjoy camping life without all the hassle of hauling a camper. There is a dock and beach access with 2 kayaks and an outdoor shower available to use. There are great quad trails, and fishing is very popular around the lake.
