Junio's apartment, faithful to the ad, is very new and preserved, clean and with everything we needed. It has all the kitchen utensils, from new pots, glass sleepers, silverware, glasses, bowls among others. Everything working, we did not have a problem with anything, good location, you can walk if you like to walk a little to the waterfront, very close to the aquarium and restaurants. Junio always attentive to messages and responded on readiness. Definitely deserves 5 stars and I'll be back for sure.

Everything was great from start to finish! We enjoyed every minute and felt at home. In the rainy days we take advantage of the pools. I was able to wash clothes in the laundry room. The Moringa, Alecrim and Okone Sushi restaurants gained my heart and stomach. We took a speedboat ride. In short, I am passionate about Ubatuba and Tenório Beach. Célia was available quickly for any questions.

We rented Dirce's apartment to spend the holiday and it was a thankful surprise. We were in 6 people and we all loved the apartment. It is very close to Praia Grande, and it is possible to walk to the beach. It is also a very large, comfortable, clean and equipped apartment. We found everything working. The owner was also very accessible by returning us to messages very quickly and Priscila who delivers the keys was also very helpful. Everything is great and without any complaints to be made. I recommend it to everyone!

All very new and well served. Fortress, access to the Praia do Pulso, which is private of the condominium. We used to enjoy the beach until lunchtime and return home with the feast ready. My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

I and my family loved the place. After 14hrs of road due to traffic, all we wanted was for the house to be perfect. More than compensated, everything working perfectly, the house looks like a movie mansion. The noise of the river, the peace of the place and the quiet neighborhood improved what was already perfect. I recommend and sure if you ever return to Maranduba, it will be in this paradise.

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

The accommodation is excellent. It is located on the trendiest beach in Ubatuba, has all the utensils for a comfortable stay. the host is very polite, explains all the steps to the accommodation, gave tips about the city. The condominio has several attractions for guests. I recommend the accommodation and hope to return at another time.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Although we had the bad luck of catching a lot of rain in the city, what comforted us was feeling welcome and very comfortable inside the apartment, which had all the items described, in addition to a well-equipped kitchen.
