Excellent locale, accommodation and locality. In the heart of Pajuçara, close to the craft market, food trucks and the beach. We feel very accommodated and located, would return without a doubt! Finally, the host is very proactive and was flexible in anticipation of check-in.

I stayed 5 days in April with my son and husband in Igor's apartment in Jatiuca, and I loved the stay. The apartment is the way the photos of the publication show, I was very well assisted to enter and when leaving. The apartment is super close to the waterfront and has everything we need nearby. I loved and indicated.

Divine view!!! in the heart of Ponta Verde. Supermarket next door, as I traveled with family we would make dinner. Very safe, you see people in the surroundings all the time. The apt is comfortable. Very good ventilation, you do not pass heat because the aires worked excellent. Maria always answered and was willing to make the stay more flexible as we had changes in the flights. Without a doubt, we would return!! Very well located in the heart of Ponta Verde. What more to say!!! Wonderful and very good host.

It was everything super nice, the only bad thing to point out is that the building in front was in construction and therefore the noise started very early, which is out of the Divainade control.

We spent 8 days, it is just as seen in the photos, ideal to base and go for a walk, Renato is very attentive to everything, super recommended. I would definitely come back.

The Manatee house is quite spacious and very clean, has air-conditioning in all the rooms, super airy, totally shaded by the fruit trees, has all the necessary utensils, an excellent location for those who want to rest and recharge. Also, the host left us several treats: fruit tray, sparkling wine and chocolates, making our stay even more tasty! We highly recommend!

Everything is ok about hosting. High point for the structure of the condominium where the house is located. As there are few houses built, the beach in front is almost private, yielding great moments with your family, the condominium pool is also great, very wide and has a great living space. We had some questions with the house, but it was promptly resolved by the host.

We had a great stay at Sandra's place, the location is wonderful and the photos reflect exactly what the house is. Sandra was extremely available throughout our stay, and her employees made the experience even better. I highly recommend the house!

The house is very well located. It has a nearby waterfront with a playground, public market, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor and the beach is in front. The bath was lovely. We missed a fan and it was readily available. The house and furniture, as a whole, are more rustic, but it was enough to make the days pleasant with the family. Great value for money. Alexandre is a great host!

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. House without much luxury,but clean and cozy, close to everything, beach, bars , restaurants. If it returns to Maceió, I would be staying again, without a doubt .
