I loved staying at Bruno's place. The place is close to everything and practically on the beach block. Well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning working super well. Bruno and his host Nildo were super gentle with regard to Check In, they even allowed check in before the time. I will return and indicate the space.

The Manatee house is quite spacious and very clean, has air-conditioning in all the rooms, super airy, totally shaded by the fruit trees, has all the necessary utensils, an excellent location for those who want to rest and recharge. Also, the host left us several treats: fruit tray, sparkling wine and chocolates, making our stay even more tasty! We highly recommend!

Everything is ok about hosting. High point for the structure of the condominium where the house is located. As there are few houses built, the beach in front is almost private, yielding great moments with your family, the condominium pool is also great, very wide and has a great living space. We had some questions with the house, but it was promptly resolved by the host.

Always kind, proactive and ready to help, she took care of everything we needed with great care, including our shopping, which made all the difference during the stay. We also hired the services of Chef Márcia and Helper Marli, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. The food they prepared was wonderful, made with a lot of taste and care. The house is excellent and well located in front of Japaratinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region! It was difficult to get into the garage, as locals do not respect the signs preventing access. However, the host instructed us to park behind the residence. The house is very well located. It has a nearby waterfront with a playground, public market, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor and the beach is in front. The bath was lovely. We missed a fan and it was readily available. The house and furniture, as a whole, are more rustic, but it was enough to make the days pleasant with the family. Great value for money.
