Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

The place was spotless and very well maintained — cleaning was done daily. I slept like a baby thanks to the comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, and the surprising quiet despite being close to the road. At night, all I could hear were the calming ocean waves. Parking is available 24 hours for just R$15. Everyone was very polite, and communication with Arnaldo was fast and attentive. I truly felt at home. The shower was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

A harmonious and beautiful apartment in an elegant building for those looking to disconnect from the big city. If you like a clean place, and at the same time practical with a breathtaking view, and close to everything, this is the ideal place. The hostess is very efficient, it has given us a relationship with nearby places, from supermarkets to bars and restaurants. Ivone is very kind and responds at the time. We will definitely come back many times.

We love our stay in this pleasant , comfortable , familiar environment, we literally felt at home . We had problems with the shower in the visiting bathroom because it was burnt and the washer is unused as it is under maintenance.. Wonderful reception airy BBQ area great with wonderful space has parilla , grill only has a little lack of pots but it's beautiful cozy 5 days of joy with my family we cut a small cake for my son where we are happy and happy we can't use the pool mainly for children who do not understand and lousy looking at it and not being able to use it but standards are thank you and from 0 to 10 . Damos 9 We are already on plans to rent again Gratitude..

We were made to feel very welcome, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The accommodation is better than it looks in the pictures, all new, rustic and very beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the house is quite spacious. I went with my family and felt at home. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent accommodation, from the beginning of the stay to the end, they answered me messages about questions that I had, always helpful and agile. Very good local, quiet, beach itself is for people who seek tranquility because it is not a beach with a lot of movement but everything you need (markets, bakeries..) has close by and easy to access. The excellent apartment, exactly as in the pictures! Anyway, only positive points, nothing negative.. I will come back more often.

The Sunset penthouse was fantastic, even though there were only 2 of us, the apartment was much more than we needed, it is an ideal penthouse for couples or people with children. Normally I would say that my reviews are very serious, but in this case I could not use another term "EXCELLENT" I recommend 100% ...... if it was not so big I would definitely come back other times. The apartment is excellent with a privileged balcony location and position. A breathtaking view of the sea! To go to the beach is just across the street. We only took the car out the driveway to walk away and the two spaces worked perfectly. The apartment is spacious and the height favors always being airy with a constant breeze. All electros working perfectly. Very cozy. Very close to Extra como do Carrefour 24H where it is possible to fetch the warm bread every morning at the foot. Close to restaurants, snack bars, ice cream shops, shops, etc. Drinking coffee every morning with the view of the sea and the horizon was undoubtedly my best experience! Host Edir was helpful and kind at all times when he was asked. Can I come back soon or is it still early?
