Built in 1950, located in the liveliest spot in Torres: in front of the kiosks on the Praia Grande boardwalk. Just cross the street and you're at the beach! (We offer bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys!). It is close to the center, Prainha and the main tourist attractions, all of which can be reached on foot, while your car stays in the garage. The unit is ground floor and overlooks the sea. It has been renovated and is equipped for the total comfort of our guests.

The house is less than 50 meters from the beach, to walk. Bed and bath linen are also available.

It has the main kitchen items with appliances such as air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. washing machine. Air conditioning in the two bedrooms with a double bed, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
