Beachfront holiday rental in Praia Itaóca

Everything was great! Nothing to complain, from the staff of the building to the residents, all friendly and attentive! The Street opposite the balcony of the apartment is busy, but the location is great, some paços and we were already on the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

I loved the well organized and clean apartment and close to the beach, we spent wonderful days. We were greeted by the owner of the apartment Maria Conceição with great kindness and sympathy received us. From the booking we promptly served and clarified to us about the reservation.Recomendo and I hope to return again!

The apartment is super comfortable, and is very well located. It has a beautiful view of the sea, beyond the view of the rooftop of the building, where there is a swimming pool with a wide view of the entire waterfront. The Hosts were super helpful.

Simple environment but it was all we needed, close to the beach, our dog loved the place because there is grass, Mr Assis is very polite and gave us tips of good things to do in the city! We will definitely return.

We rent the house of Márcio on the extended Easter holiday. And what about this house? Ma-ra-vi-lho-sa✨😌 We were welcomed by Pedro, very attentive and charismatic, who was very helpful and clarified all our doubts and showed us every detail of the house. Márcio (host) always very helpful, always answering my questions about the house and was very flexible regarding the time of entry into the house. The Super Airy House, fully clean, organized, with ventilation in the bedrooms , kitchen and living room , all equipment working perfectly. For those who like to cook, will love❣️the kitchen, all equipped with all the necessary utensils, which is a great differential for those who like to cook. The mattresses in perfect conditions of use. So I and my family will be pleased to return to this home, soon😌 Gratitude Márcio and Pedro for making sure that my family and I had a great stay! My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. I thank you for the reception.

I spent a simply wonderful weekend in the house. From the time of arrival to the exit, everything was perfect! The house is super cozy, clean, well-equipped and exactly like in the pictures. The atmosphere is very quiet and ideal for resting. The location is excellent, close to the beach and local trades. The sunset was a separate spectacle, a true gift from nature. The hospitality also deserves to be highlighted. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and made us super comfortable, always available to help with what was needed. No doubt, an amazing experience that I want to repeat soon. I recommend with my eyes closed to those who want to enjoy days of peace, leisure and a lot of comfort by the sea!

Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

i spent four wonderful days with my family; the house is impeccable, I have almost no words to describe! cozy, clean, impeccable location in front of the beach, (just cross the street and it's already there!), spending the days there knowing the history of the house in which the host Roberto told me, including; Roberto is a dear! answered me promptly, always very polite and helpful, the housekeeper was equally friendly and helpful, he gave us tips of places and other beaches to visit! if you are in doubt whether you should book this place or not, please know that in my opinion, the answer is: don't have any questions, close this reservation soon and go enjoy this wonderful house & beach! to Roberto, my sincerest thanks; we will certainly be back soon! ❤️

The house served us perfectly, enough bathrooms, ample space, good yard, garage.. and the very polite and very welcoming host, one of the best accommodations we have ever been! We like it very much! Close to the beach, to walk quietly.

The house with a soap opera view, knows how to wake up and see the sea was so wonderful that you open the gate the sea was right in front of you, a super comfortable house with everything you needed even hairdryer had in the bathrooms the same hotel. In the kitchen option of kitchens, barbecue or even use the wood stove. Very attentive Douglas, the kati that took us the super communicative key we love everything there, I my family already want to go back.

We love our stay! The apartment is simply sensational, with everything we need (everything!) and exactly as it appears in the photos and with the description. The location is perfect, with market, restaurants, pharmacy and everything closer. We were super comfortable all the time, and the view?! Truly breathtaking!! And about Thays, I just have to say she's a wonderful human being! Always very attentive, concerned with helping us and extremely available. We were greeted with a special mime she left for us, and it deeply touched our hearts, giving more meaning to our trip. We are immensely happy with this gesture!
