Relax with the family just steps from the beach. They are new flats with total accessibility for wheelchair users. The Flat is equipped to bring autonomy and well-being to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (utensils and appliances), 12,000 BTU air-conditioning, 40-inch TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen, table and bath. We have a swimming pool, a gourmet area with a barbecue grill, and we allow pets. There is a camera in the garden, a camera in the pool corridor and a camera in the parking lot.

Located on Camboinha I Beach, one of the best beaches in the metropolitan region of João Pessoa. The house is 200-meter walk from the sea (3-minute walk), with easy access to Areia Vermelha Island and the sunset at Jacaré Beach. It is the ideal place for those looking for comfort, peace and tranquility near the sea. If you are interested, we have an employee who cooks very well and can assist in the basic cleaning of the house (except on Sundays and holidays). The cost is already included in the daily rate.
