House in a great location, 1 minute from Fazenda da Armação beach. Close to markets, bakeries, fishmonger, pharmacy, shops in general. Well-ventilated house with 3 floors, 1st floor garage for 1 car, 2nd floor large kitchen with everything you need to have a great stay, large living room with balcony, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. On the 3rd floor, we have a gourmet area with a barbecue, 1 bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. In the photos we have the distances from the house to the beaches.

A picture-perfect house on the sand, with excellent facilities, for 12 people, fully equipped, with large, comfortable and cosy spaces. The view from the house is breathtaking, and it is located on a paradise beach that is excellent for swimming. The view is stunning.
