Beachfront holiday rental in Praia dos Padres

The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality bedding. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility problems. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't get in the way at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just one observation, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. Not only will we be back, we recommend it!

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

A great space for rest and tour , very close to the supermarket and restaurants, all very organized and clean, I loved my lodging , and the host very polite and always available, I will come back other times ❤️

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and airy, one of the rooms with an ocean view, air-conditioning in all of them, very comfortable mattresses, Smart TV in the living room, and a kitchen with all the necessary items. You don't even need to cross the street to get to the beach, in fact, right on the sand, very safe for children. The pool was always warm, perhaps because of the local temperature. The neighborhood is a noble area of the city, very pleasant, quiet and peaceful, great for an afternoon walk. Fabrício responds quickly to questions. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful carnival between friends, family and children. The house is great: spacious, airy, well-equipped, comfortable. Delicious leisure area. Gilceia is very hospitable and was super flexible during check-in and check-out times. The beach in front of the house has an amazing view, the sea is brave but it is great for walking.

I loved it! Excellent apartment located in a very quiet neighborhood, very quiet, great for resting. It is very close to Praia dos Padres, you can go on foot, a beautiful place. On the other side, Meaípe beach, also beautiful and with good restaurant and shopping options. We spent great days here. Vinicio passed on all the information and was very attentive to us. Célia welcomed us very well and was also very attentive. We intend to return for the next holidays.

We already knew the Peracanga region but first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, with many utensils, dish cloths, and is located in the best region, right in front of the entrance to the kiosks in addition to having a very good pool and BBQ area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)
