A very cosy space integrated with nature and the city. The house is an excellent space to host a group of friends and families. It has a great location close to the three main shopping centres, bakeries, the best markets, hotels, food tours, and excellent restaurants and cafes on the way to the northern beaches. It is in the heart of the island, between the centre, northern and southern beaches. The house is extremely comfortable, with a mix of wood, glass and stone. The house is very complete and very cosy.
