The house exactly like the listing, clean and impeccable rooms and the place is wonderful, space, wooded, ideal pool, and Anny's parents were our hosts and noa received very well.. Let's come back for sure!!!

Marvellhosa stadia! I have nothing to say. Seu Alberis was of excellent service and communication, from the first contact. The site is very well taken care of and has every possible support of appliances and utensils, my wife and I do not miss anything. It even has a washing machine, all in great operation. The place is very cozy and we feel at home. The town is great, you can go to the beach walking quietly, it's okay to say on the corner. very good indeed, I will go at other times.

We didn't come across any surprises, the house really is in accordance with the information in the listing and we enjoyed the days we were there with peace of mind. Cauby is attentive and always available for guidance and clarification of possible doubts. It is well worth taking a few days off at the Vila Velha retreat.

It was a pleasure to be accommodated in Suzana's apartment, I felt at home. Throughout my stay, I was promptly attended to and guided by the host. Second time I went with the family. Everyone liked it very much. The house is spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable rooms. This weekend, what we didn't enjoy was the sea, as it had a lot of sargassum, not even for a walk was it possible.

The wonderful house, quiet and quiet place, the house is a little far from the beach 5 minutes walking now by car is not far away. The Sossego beach is beautiful and calm for children. Me and my family had an incredible 6-day stay at this beach house during the carnival! The house is very well-equipped with everything we needed, from cookware, barbecue in the outdoor area and comfortable beds. The condominium was also a high point, with a wonderful pool where we spent hours relaxing. The reception was made by Caseira Milene and her son Jhon, who were super helpful and always available to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was well worth our stay and I recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing option in Itamaracá.

Sérgio was a great host, he communicates carefully and precisely, giving tips about the beach and local shops. Davi, the caretaker, was super polite, giving all possible support for the house, tours and cooking tips. Each one is very beautiful, my family and I were delighted, very comfortable and quite wooded, with a beautiful centenary cashew tree in front of the house, with several fruit trees, we felt very relaxed and safe. Special highlight for the outdoor area of the house, with a pool on the beach. Whoever did the house and all the environments has a lot of taste. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Mark's place. Listening to the waves and long beach walks were amazing. The pool was enjoyable too. The kitchen is equipped to cook our own meals. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Recommend staying here.

Very nice and cozy house. N is far from Sôssego Beach and Milca is always available when we send a message. (The only downside is a long dirt road that we get through to get to the quiet, but that's just a point relative to the island itself) Overall in relation to the house, all as described. Mtt good👏🏽

Excellent stay, clean house, 2 bedrooms and living room facing the sea, pure nature backyard, very helpful host, even sent us the guest manual for easy access to the city, beaches and etc. Great recommendation. It just lacked a pool but everything was good.
